Changes to Part F, Part L & Part O
As of the 15th June 2022, the guidance has changed and the below amended Approved Documents have come into effect.
These regulations relate to ventilation, conservation of fuel and power and overheating.

Any Initial Notices submitted after the 15th June 2022 will need to meet the new requirements as outlined in the links above.
The previous standards will apply for any project where the Initial Notice was submitted before the 15th June 2022 but only if works commence on site before 15th June 2023.
